Late for your Appointment
Appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.
We aim to see you at your appointed time but please be patient, delays can happen, usually due to emergencies.
Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the Practice if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a text informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment.
Text Messaging Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation of your appointments.
To activate this service please speak to a member of the Reception Team.
